If you find yourself saying, “I don’t care,” at least admit that you do care and you are choosing to say that to release some pressure. If you have a little more in you than that, then tell yourself, you will revisit the situation later when you can. If you can go one more step than that, then tell yourself you are going to just deal with it anyway and jump that hurdle.
